Thermospray operates in the field of "Thermal Spray" coatings (HVOF and APS) using the most modern and effective technologies available on the market today. Despite being a young company employs a team of collaborators with proven experience in the field of surface finishing and coating.
The offer covers a broad spectrum of solutions thanks to the collaboration with Cromostamp Italia with which constitutes a group. The grinding, abrasive taping, sand blasting and polishing services complete the range of mechanical processing to obtain surface and dimensional characteristics of coatings. The internal metallographic laboratory allows to provide the certifications required on all our products.

Coatings obtainable by HVOF technology have excellent characteristics including low porosity, high values of adhesion, wear and corrosion resistance, high hardness and low friction coefficients. The wide variety of applicable materials and combinations of these allow to produce a virtually infinite range of coatings with peculiar characteristics depending on the requests.
The Air Plasma Spray generated by the ionization of a gas or a gas mixture, including Argon, Nitrogen and Hydrogen, reaches high temeperature (over 16000 °C) allowing the reduction in the plastic state of ceramics, abradable materials and metals with high melting point. The use of this technology is more frequent for the production of such coatings which may have, among other, characteristics of thermal insulation and electrical insulation.
Maximum size of round grinding are Ø1200mmXL.10000mmX25ton (Ø1500mmXL.400mm). Conical, convex and concave grinding. For the same size we can abrasive tape, polish or sandblast to obtain the roughness values required.
The metallographic laboratory allows to perform all the tests prescribed by the regulations for produced coatings and the offered processes.
